I’m Thilini, a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist originally from Sri Lanka, committed to helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life. I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and am currently completing a Master’s in Physiotherapy to deepen my knowledge and stay at the forefront of evidence-based care.

With experience in both government hospitals and private practice — including personalised home visits — I bring a well-rounded, patient-centred approach to every session. I specialise in treating knee, neck, and back pain, and I work closely with each patient to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that deliver lasting, meaningful results. My goal is to help you regain your strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive and empowering environment.

As part of the team at Maxvale Physiotherapy — Where you feel Better, I’m proud to offer compassionate, culturally sensitive care to a diverse community. I’m fluent in both English and Sinhalese, which helps me connect more personally with the people I treat.

Outside of work, I love baking — especially experimenting with creative cake designs and sharing them with family and friends. It brings me balance and joy, just like seeing my patients thrive.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward your wellness goals, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Thilini is fluent in English and Sinhalese.

Areas of interest: Neck and back injuries, Clinical Pilates, Hydrotherapy, falls/balance programs, ankle/knee rehabilitation.
